SMS OPT IN/OUT

This opt-in / opt-out page allows Frymaster Employees to acknowlege their desire to receive SMS Text messages on their phone. Their manager is left to inform them if receiving these text are part of their job. This form is intended to demonstrate that Frymaster complies with CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. This 10DLC number is used only to send manufacturing plant notices to specified Frymaster Employees. They will only receive these text messages if their user profile is entered below with 'Okay to receive SMS text' set to YES.
